Adding a logo and favicon to your site

Find out how to upload your company logo and display it on your site

Adding your company's logo to your DeskBase site is super simple.

Just follow the following five steps: 

  1. Navigate to Integrations > Deskbase page

  2. Click on Bucket icon

  3. Click on Browse

  4. Choose your logo

  5. Hit the Save button

Adding a Favicon to your site

  1. Navigate to Integrations > Deskbase page

  2. Click on Bucket icon

  3. In the “Favicon” section, click on Browse

  4. Choose your favicon

  5. Hit the Save button

Please note that you need to upload .ico file. You can convert an existing .png to .ico using a service like: https://favicon.io/

Browsers that provide favicon support typically display a page's favicon in the browser's address bar (sometimes in the history as well) and next to the page's name in a list of bookmarks.
